Wagga Wagga secures exclusive 2022 Australian Freestyle Motocross Championships to run along side the Final round of the 2022 Fox Australian Supercross Championships Dec 3 Wagga Speedway – Yarragundry.
Wagga can expect a family friendly evening full of motorsport action, Supercross riders from USA, Japan, UK, NZ along with Australia’s best returning to Australia to compete in the prestigious events.
Wagga Speedway will be transformed into a world class Supercross Track set to be this biggest track of the year and feature riders including Justin Brayton, Josh Hill, Max Anstie, Dean Wilson, Cole Thompson along with Australia’s best.
Freestyle Fans strap yourself in with incredible backflip variations set sky high with 10 of the best riders including fan favourite Blake Bilko Williams competing in the final program. It will be a who’s who in the freestyle world.
Official Street Party Friday 2nd Dec – Fans can get up close and meet all the stars with the addition of the official street party taking place at Wagga Motorcycles, 4:30pm-6pmwill feature Meet & Greets, Giveaways and Interviews with the biggest names in the sport expanding this to a two day festival.
The Australian Freestyle Motocross Championships & Australian Supercross Championships is proudly supported by a $191.100.00 grant through the NSW Government’s Regional Events Acceleration fund , which aims to support the social and economic recovery and prosperity of Regional NSW.
Duty MLC for Wagga Wagga, Wes Fang, said this funding is a major win for Wagga Wagga’s motorsport calendar.
